Prices

  • For foreign travelers and safety reasons, Private tour only.

  • The fee is
    1 person: 23,000 yen.
    2~3 person: 15,000 yen per person.  
    4~6 person: 12,000 yen per person.

  • The fee for special tours varies depending on the location, so please inquire.

  • From one person to six people. (For groups of six or more, please consult in advance).

  • Included in the fee: lesson fee, consumption tax, insurance fee, rental fee (SUP equipment set, life jacket, wetsuit), and photography or videography (using cameras or drones). However, drones may not be able to fly depending on weather conditions or location.

  • Areas other than Matsushima, Okumatsushima, and Shichigahama will incur an additional fee of 1,000 yen per person.

Regarding Timing

  • We generally hold activities daily, but there may be days off. Please inquire in advance.

  • You can choose from three time slots: "5:00 AM," "9:00 AM," and "1:00 PM."

  • The activity lasts approximately 2~2.5 hours. Please note that the time may change depending on the conditions on the day, so please understand in advance.

  • There is a higher probability of strong winds in the afternoon. Depending on the weather, there is also a higher chance of location changes or cancellations. Therefore, the morning slot or sunrise tour is recommended.

Reservation

After making a reservation, we will contact you to confirm. If you do not hear from us within two days, we kindly ask that you contact us.

Schedule for the Day

1. Assembly/Registration: Please gather and complete registration.

2. Explanation: Explanation of paddling techniques and accident prevention on land.

3. Experience: Proceed to cruising with SUP.

4. Disbandment: Feedback on SUP, disbandment.

Items to Bring

Swimsuit, sunscreen, change of clothes, hat, beverages, beach sandals, towel, (having a rash guard or similar is very convenient)

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation by the customer's convenience, please note the following cancellation fees: On the day: 50%, No-show/cancellation without notice: 100%.

  • If the activity is canceled due to weather conditions, we will contact you from our company by the day before the scheduled date. Therefore, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Other Points

  • The meeting place will be informed by our company after confirming your reservation.

  • Please be punctual. Being more than 20 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, and a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

  • In case of inclement weather, we may cancel or change the location of the activity. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation expenses to the site in case of cancellation.

  • The organizers and related parties are not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's intentional actions or failure to follow the guide's instructions.

  • There are no participation restrictions based on health conditions, but if you have any concerns or symptoms, please indicate them in the remarks section when applying. We will respond from our company.

Insurance

  • We have taken out injury insurance. In the event of an accident, we will handle it within the compensation of the insurance. Please note that personal belongings are not covered by compensation, so we recommend that you manage and insure them yourself.

Request for Permission to Use Photos

At "Yayu," we may take photos or videos of customers' SUP experiences and the scenery with cameras, and for our company's introduction and public relations purposes, we may use those photos or videos on our website, blog, as well as advertisements in media such as the internet, magazines, newspapers, etc.

- We will not use photos or videos for those who do not grant permission.

- We will handle the photos or videos taken with the utmost care as personal information and will not use them for purposes other than those stated above.

- We will not sell or transfer the photos or videos to third parties.

- We will not publish your name in the posted photos or videos.

- There will be no compensation for photography or publication. Please be aware of this in advance.
